The Revenue Share — How It Works
15% of TP Medical's collected fee revenue from each client we bring you, for the first 12 months only.
Not the provider's total collections. Not claim recoveries. TP Medical's billing fees actually collected.
| Client type | TP Medical's monthly fee | SolvaraCare's 15% (first 12mo) | After month 12 |
|---|---|---|---|
| General RCM client | $3,000/mo | $450/mo | $0 — 100% yours |
| Small group practice | $5,500/mo | $825/mo | $0 — 100% yours |
| OWCP client (moderate) | $15,000/mo | $2,250/mo | $0 — 100% yours |
| OWCP client (high volume) | $25,000/mo | $3,750/mo | $0 — 100% yours |
One OWCP client at $15,000/mo = $27,000 to SolvaraCare over 12 months. That covers your entire year of services. And you keep 85% ($153,000) plus 100% after year 1.
The Value You're Getting
| Component | Standalone Price | Your Price |
|---|---|---|
| Website redesign | $1,500 - $3,000 one-time | Included |
| Authority SEO package | $2,495/mo | Included |
| B2B cold email outreach | $895/mo | Included |
| Cross-platform social distribution | Included in SEO | Included |
| Vertical promotion | New — no standalone price | Included |
| Lead enrichment (one-time) | $400-500 | Included (I cover it) |
| Total value per month | $4,890+ | $895 |
You're getting $4,890+/month of services for $895/month. The difference is made up through the 15% performance share — which only kicks in when I bring you paying clients.
Why Not Commission-Only?
David, you asked about a pure percentage structure. I understand why — it removes your risk entirely. But:
- A pure commission model means I fund all the data enrichment ($400), email infrastructure ($97/mo), enrichment tools ($149/mo), website redesign, SEO work, content creation, and campaign execution with no guarantee of return.
- I have no control over how quickly you follow up with leads or how well you close them.
- The $895/month covers a portion of my hard costs. The 15% performance share is my actual profit.
- I'm absorbing most of the risk here — the enrichment, the infrastructure, the website rebuild, the SEO work. The $895/mo ensures I can sustainably invest in your growth.
The alignment is real: I only make real money when you close real clients. But I can't front $4,890+/month of work on a pure commission bet.
What I Need From You
Before We Start (Week 1):
- David's DOL provider list — CSV with names, addresses, phone numbers
- David's PowerPoint — "Mastering Federal Workers' Compensation" (PDF or PPTX)
- ChiroSphere podcast link — for content creation
- Access to tpmedicalbilling.com — CMS access or a web contact who can implement changes
- Calendar availability — 4+ hours/week for sales calls
- Average monthly revenue per client — even approximate (for ROI projection)
- Suppression list — current/former clients, anyone not to contact
Ongoing:
- One sales owner assigned to follow up with leads within 1 business day
- Attend booked meetings (or reschedule promptly)
- 30-minute monthly review call
- David available 30 min/week for content accuracy questions
- Good-faith closing effort — I can create opportunities, but I can't sign your contracts
Month 1 is a Pilot
We start with a 30-day pilot. At the end of Month 1, we review:
- How many emails delivered? Reply rate? Meeting rate?
- How well did TP Medical follow up? Close rate?
- Which message angles worked? Which specialties responded?
- Is the website redesign on track? SEO progress?
If the pilot shows signal, we continue. If it doesn't, we stop — no long-term contract, no cancellation fees.
The Math
| Metric | Conservative | Realistic |
|---|---|---|
| Emails sent/month | 3,000-5,000 | 3,000-5,000 |
| Reply rate | 1.5% | 3.0% |
| Positive replies | 9/month | 23/month |
| Meetings booked | 5/month | 10/month |
| Close rate | 10% | 20% |
| New clients/month | ~0.4 | ~1.6 |
Conservative 12-month:
- SolvaraCare earns: ~$41,600
- TP Medical earns: ~$175,000 (keeps 85%)
- TP Medical cost: $10,740/year fixed
Realistic 12-month:
- SolvaraCare earns: ~$134,000
- TP Medical earns: ~$700,000 (keeps 85%)
- TP Medical cost: $10,740/year fixed
The Case Study
This partnership gives SolvaraCare something we need: a real, documented case study for the medical billing vertical. When TP Medical succeeds, SolvaraCare succeeds — not just from the revenue share, but from having proof that our system works for B2B medical billing client acquisition.
With your written approval, we'll document the results and use them to attract future clients in the medical billing space. TP Medical becomes the anchor case study for SolvaraCare's medical billing vertical.
This is why I'm pricing this aggressively — $895/mo for $4,890+/mo of services. I'm investing in the case study as much as you're investing in growth. We both need this to work.

Next Step
At our next meeting:
1. Confirm you can provide the DOL list, PowerPoint, podcast, and website access
2. Share your average monthly revenue per client (even approximate)
3. Confirm the 15% revenue share for first 12 months per sourced client is workable
4. Pick a start date
I'll send a short video walkthrough of this plan before our next meeting so David can review everything beforehand.
This is a partnership. I'm all in. Let's build this.
